It's never been so quick and easy to get a bullet proof rear for your GM muscle-car.

These direct replacement rears are kept in stock for all the popular models. Just select the gear ratio and posi or locker you want etc. and they typically ship in under a week.

If you want something even more trick give us a call. Currie does everything from narrowed ProStreet rears to super rigid NASCAR center housings with a GM style removable rear covers. They're the most rigid housings available, they're easier to service and with their bolt on rear cover they look so right in GM cars.

`64-`72 A body (Chevelle, GTO, 442, GS, etc.)

Description: Features the 9-Plus round back heavy duty housing and 31 spline “Currie Axle” package built to the stock overall width and pinion offset specs. of the vehicle. All stock suspension brackets are installed in the stock location for an easy bolt in installation, and urethane upper control arm bushings are installed in the upper control arm housing brackets. Housing includes all 3rd. member studs installed and the Torino style late model large bearing housing ends. Axles include the stock 5 on 4 3/4” wheel bolt pattern drilled in them, wheel studs installed, ¼” thick heavy duty bearing retainer plates, and tapered Timken style wheel bearings pressed on. This unit will allow for the use of any Baer Brakes kit or ABCS brake kit including the 11” drum brakes, 11” Ford Explorer disc brakes, or Wilwood disc brakes. Specify year to get correct spring pads.

Starting with a Currie Track-9 NASCAR housing with conventional large bearing housing ends, Currie adds new double shear upper mounts and package exclusive double Johnny Jointed adj. upper arms. The Ultimate 9" rear end with the Ultimate arms. Even better lateral axle control and super smooth articulation.
